Using this website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use in considering our products. You may not republish, sell or redistribute our content, use it for commercial purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server it runs on.

Our content

All text, photographs, designs, logos and layouts on this site belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by copyright. Door colours, finishes and glass designs shown on screen are for illustration. Screen rendering varies, so we recommend viewing a physical sample before choosing a colour or glass.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell. Prices and specifications shown or discussed are indicative until we have surveyed your property and issued a written quotation. A written quotation is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

Enquiries you send us

When you submit an enquiry form you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are entitled to use the telephone number and email address you provide. We will use them to contact you about your enquiry. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Guarantees

Our doors carry a manufacturer’s guarantee of between 10 and 25 years depending on the product and finish. The exact cover, its length and anything excluded from it are set out in the guarantee documentation issued with your installation. Guarantees are subject to the doors being maintained in line with the care instructions supplied.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer and you sign a contract with us away from our premises, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering into it. Your cancellation rights are set out in full in the contract documentation we give you at the point of order. Made-to-measure and bespoke items may be excluded from this right once manufacture has begun.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this website, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Where we link to a third-party website we do so for information only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
